Therefore, we are keen to use the law to address these contemporary challenges while facilitating the optimum use of technology.

It is a sword, a shield, and a menace.’ With the advent of the digital age, regulation is struggling to keep up with the ever evolving technological advancement. We are focused on advancing legal thought on emerging technologies, compliance with regulatory requirements and advocacy for the responsible and ethical use of technology within the law.
