Joel Basoga

Joel is a graduate of the University of Oxford. He is passionate about the responsible use of technology, access to justice and empowerment of communities. While at Oxford, he researched on the regulation of algorithmic decision making systems. Previously, he worked at the International Law Institute and undertook a placement at the London Office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. When not discussing the latest article, Joel recites poetry and dances. Joel is a book junkie and is researching on solutions to challenges that technological advancements present in relation to dispute resolution, privacy and transparency.
