Esther Akullu

Esther is a lawyer with vast experience in handling projects and programmes, she is a self-taught programme manager who noticed how much passion she had for the area when she worked with the International Law Institute-African Centre for Legal Excellence where she spearheaded the project, 'Strengthening the Capacity of Local Council Courts in Uganda.' Esther is enthusiastic to steer change in the ICT world and looks at the area as in dire need of development.
